What this covers

This policy explains how Pacific Intelligent Technologies, Inc. (“Pacific,” “we,” “us”), a Delaware corporation, handles information when you use our public websites at pacific.space, gopacific.ai, getpacific.space, trypacific.space, and gopacific.space, book a call, or contact us.

Pacific sells B2B infrastructure: reserved GPU capacity, CMMC-ready on-prem pods, colocation, and bridge capacity. These sites are not a consumer social product.

This is a website privacy notice. It is not a customer master service agreement, GPU offtake contract, or data-processing addendum. Those are signed separately if we do business together.

How to reach us

We do not have a dedicated data-protection officer and we do not maintain an EU establishment. Privacy questions go to the contacts above.

Information we collect

If you browse the site. We and our vendors may collect technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and referring URL. You do not need an account to read the marketing site.

If you contact us or book a call. When you use /contact or book via Cal.com, we receive what you choose to send - typically name, work email, company, and whatever you write. Cal.com processes the booking as their customer.

If you become a customer. Facility, workload, and contract information is handled under a signed agreement - not this website policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use analytics to see which pages are useful. When configured on a deployment, that includes:

  • Google Tag Manager (container GTM-KS9QNKLN), which may load Google Analytics or ads tags.
  • PostHog (hosted at us.i.posthog.com), which may record page views, clicks, and session replay with form inputs masked.

GTM and PostHog only run when their project IDs are set for that environment. We do not use them to build a consumer advertising profile.

On US traffic to pacific.space we also load a visitor-identification service (RB2B / Retention.com). It may resolve the company behind a visit and, on paid plans, a person-level LinkedIn profile URL so we can do B2B outreach. We do not run that script on getpacific.space, trypacific.space, or gopacific.space.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

The sites may set cookies or local storage for analytics and session state. You can block cookies in your browser; some measurement will then be incomplete.

How we use information

  • Operate and improve the websites
  • Respond to inquiries and booked calls
  • Understand which product pages people read
  • Identify companies, and when available people, who visit pacific.space so we can do B2B outreach
  • Protect the site against abuse
  • Meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information with:

  • Vendors that host the site and run analytics, bookings, or visitor identification (for example Vercel, Google Tag Manager, PostHog, Cal.com, and RB2B / Retention.com)
  • Professional advisors when we need them
  • Authorities if the law requires it

We do not share website visitor lists for unrelated marketing.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and booking records as long as we need them to respond and run the business, then delete or archive them. Analytics data follows each vendor’s retention settings.

You may opt out of this advertising at https://app.retention.com/optout.

Email us to ask what we have, correct it, or delete it. We will need enough information to find your request. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional rights, we will honor the requests a small B2B company can fulfill.

International visitors and children

The sites are operated from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information is processed in the US.

The sites are for business buyers, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes. The date at the top is the latest version.
