We build factories.

Modular factories, anywhere

The factory is a product. We can stand up modular factories quickly, close to power, labour and demand, anywhere in the world. It also opens a franchise model: operators set up and run a Pacific factory and earn from every pod it ships.

Built around the labour

Skilled trades, especially electricians, are the real constraint on data center schedules. More than half of data center projects slipped three months or more in 2025, and labour was the leading cause. We put factories where the workforce already is and move most of the build indoors, so the on-site crew and the timeline both shrink.

Components and vertical integration

Transformers, switchgear and power distribution are the longest-lead items in the industry, with waits that now run into years. We are standardising and vertically integrating these building blocks so a pod's readiness never hangs on one supplier's queue.

Cooling R&D

We are actively developing advanced heat-spreader materials, including diamond wafers, so pods can run hotter climates on less water. This is active R&D, not a shipped feature. Production pods today use proven direct-to-chip liquid cooling.

What does Pacific build?

Can I buy compute without owning a pod?

Yes. Pacific offers reserved GPU capacity for training and inference, as well as managed on-premises pods and colocation. Talk to us about the model that fits your workload.

What does a site need?

Site suitability depends on available power, connectivity, physical access, and local requirements. Pacific evaluates those conditions with you before confirming a deployment plan.

How we get there

Manufacturing

SpaceX didn't just build rockets - it built rocket factories. We build modular factories that stand up anywhere in the world, close to demand and close to site opportunities. Standardised pods off a production line, not one-off megaprojects - every pod ships the same way, and every pod makes the next one cheaper.

Construction

Across the world, delayed construction sites sit on grid connections they already paid for, burning interest on trillions of dollars of debt. Our pods land on those sites, plug into the power that is already there, and turn dead air into revenue within days.

Financing

Pods are financed like aircraft, not construction projects. Each one leaves the factory fully functional, earns the moment it connects to power, and can be repossessed and redeployed - the profile of equipment finance, at 5-6% debt instead of the 11-15% of a risky construction loan.

Compute

Hosted compute below market rate - GPU hours, tokens, capacity for training runs, on short or long-term contracts. And when data has to stay on-prem - defense, CUI, CMMC - we sell managed pods directly, already working with large aerospace companies.

Mission

There are two trillion galaxies in the observable universe, each containing hundreds of billions of stars, and of the thousands of planets we’ve discovered, not one has shown a single sign of life. Earth holds an estimated 8.7 million complex species, coral reefs that took half a million years to grow, rainforests that regulate the climate of the entire planet, and deep ocean ecosystems we still haven’t mapped. Nothing like it has ever been found anywhere else. Yet we are about to burn the next decade of it powering the machines that will decide what human civilisation looks like.

It’s time to craft a new type of machine. Pacific builds modular, containerized supercomputers - packed far more efficiently than traditional data centers, cooled without evaporating a drop of water, and deployed on stalled sites that already have power. Live in days instead of years. The solar system has everything civilisation needs. Earth is the only place that’s alive. We intend to keep it that way.
